Start with the job
A tournament giveaway, pro-shop product and premium corporate gift may all carry a logo, but they should not automatically use the same towel. Build the specification
Do not treat GSM as a quality score. It only measures fabric weight per square metre and must be read together with the fibre, weave and dimensions. Likewise, the right logo process depends on the artwork: embroidery suits compact crests and wordmarks, while sublimation suits detailed full-colour graphics on compatible polyester.

Prepare artwork and colour
Vector AI, EPS, SVG or PDF artwork is preferred because it can be resized cleanly. A clear PNG is useful for an initial review, but detailed logos may need redrawing or simplification before production.
Provide Pantone references when brand colour matters. A screen image is not a textile approval: dye lots, thread ranges and sublimation output each have their own colour behaviour. Approve colour, logo position and overall feel on a representative sample.
