What is the minimum order quantity?+
Our minimum order quantity starts at 100 pcs. Final MOQ can vary with the towel construction and branding method.
Can you provide a free custom sample?+
A new custom design or first-time product development requires a US$150 sample fee. If you proceed with bulk production, the sample fee is credited towards the bulk order. If no bulk order is placed, the fee is non-refundable. A repeat sample using the same approved design and specification can normally be made without another sample fee. Material, construction, branding or process changes that require a new sample will be charged at the standard sample rate.
How long does bulk production take?+
Bulk production normally takes 7–14 business days after the sample and order details are approved, depending on quantity and specification. We keep selected standard sizes in regular production, which may allow a shorter lead time. The final production schedule will be confirmed by email before the order is placed.
Which port do you ship from?+
Our factory is in Jiangsu Province, China. When we arrange ocean freight, shipments are normally routed through Shanghai or Ningbo, Zhejiang. The exact port and shipping plan will be confirmed for each order.
Which Incoterms do you quote?+
Our standard factory quotation is EXW Jiangsu, China (Incoterms® 2020), meaning the goods are made available for collection at our factory. If you would like us to arrange door-to-door delivery, we can also quote DDP to a named delivery address, including freight, customs clearance, duties and taxes as specified in the written quotation. DDP availability is subject to the destination and will be confirmed by email.
Which logo files should I send?+
Vector AI, EPS or PDF artwork is ideal. A clear PNG can also be used for an initial review.
