Choose the construction
Ask for fibre composition rather than accepting microfiber as a complete specification. Polyester-polyamide blends may be selected for a particular hand-feel or cleaning behaviour, while 100% polyester is the normal starting point for sublimation.

Balance size and GSM
A compact lightweight towel is convenient on a bag and efficient to ship. A larger or denser towel offers more working surface but adds wet weight and carton volume. Compare the nominal GSM with open dimensions and actual finished unit weight.
The weave can make two products at the same GSM feel different. Approve texture and flexibility on a physical sample rather than choosing by a number alone.
Select the attachment
Carabiners and reinforced eyelets are common because they are familiar and simple. Fabric loops reduce hardware, while centre hooks suit tri-fold formats. Magnetic attachments require additional consideration of magnet strength, placement, weight and end use.
